Privacy Policy — Amber Current Watch Face
This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the current Google Play release of Amber Current Watch Face (the “watch face”). The watch face is a standalone, resource-only Watch Face Format application for Wear OS.
1. Data Used by the Watch Face
The watch face reads the current time, weekday, and date supplied locally by Wear OS solely to render them on the watch display. This information is processed on the device. It is not transmitted to Starcore Studio or stored on systems controlled by Starcore Studio.
2. Personal Data Collection and Sharing
The current release of Amber Current Watch Face does not collect, transmit, store on developer-controlled systems, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data.
The watch face:
- does not request network access or sensitive Android permissions;
- does not contain advertising or analytics;
- does not create or require an account;
- does not include telemetry, cloud services, or third-party software development kits; and
- does not access location, contacts, health data, photos, microphone, camera, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
Wear OS and Google Play may process device, installation, store, and account information independently under Google’s own terms and privacy policies. Starcore Studio does not control those platform-level practices.
3. Purchases and Payment Information
Amber Current Watch Face is sold as a paid application through Google Play. Google Play processes the purchase. The watch face does not contain an in-app payment system, and neither the watch face nor Starcore Studio receives or stores payment-card numbers, card security codes, or other payment credentials through the application.
Information processed by Google for purchasing, fraud prevention, tax, refunds, account administration, or store reporting is governed by Google’s terms and privacy policies.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Because the watch face does not collect or transmit personal data to Starcore Studio, Starcore Studio has no watch-face user profile or server-side personal-data record to retain or delete.
The time, weekday, and date used for display are not retained by the watch face. Uninstalling the application removes its installed watch-face resources in accordance with Wear OS behavior. Google may retain purchase, account, and installation records under its own policies; requests concerning those records should be directed to Google.
5. Voluntary Support Communications
If you choose to email Starcore Studio for support, the email address, message content, and attachments that you voluntarily provide will pass through the email services used by you and Starcore Studio. This information is not collected by or through the watch face and is not part of its Google Play Data safety declaration.
Starcore Studio uses voluntary support communications only to respond to the request, investigate the reported issue, prevent abuse, or meet applicable legal obligations. Starcore Studio does not sell support communications or use them for advertising. Support messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and are then deleted or anonymized, subject to any applicable legal retention requirement. You may request deletion of a support communication by using the contact address below.
6. Children’s Privacy
The watch face is not designed specifically for children. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children or from any other users. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information in a support email, they may contact Starcore Studio to request deletion.
7. Data Security
The watch face minimizes privacy risk by not collecting personal data, not requesting network access, and not transmitting displayed time or date information off the device. No method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure; voluntary support email remains subject to the security practices of the email services involved.
8. Changes to This Policy
Starcore Studio may update this Privacy Policy if the watch face’s features, data practices, legal requirements, or distribution arrangements change. The updated policy will be posted on the same public page with a revised “last updated” date. If a future version begins collecting or sharing data, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that version is released where required.

本隐私政策说明琥珀流光表盘（以下简称“本表盘”）当前 Google Play 版本的数据处理方式。本表盘是面向 Wear OS 的独立、纯资源 Watch Face Format 应用。英文版本为主要发布文本，本中文版本用于帮助理解。
1. 本表盘使用的数据
本表盘仅从 Wear OS 读取设备本地提供的当前时间、星期和日期，并将其显示在手表屏幕上。这些信息只在设备本地处理，不会传输给 Starcore Studio，也不会存储到由 Starcore Studio 控制的系统中。
2. 个人数据收集与共享
琥珀流光表盘当前版本不收集、不传输、不在开发者控制的系统中存储、不出售，也不共享个人数据或敏感用户数据。
本表盘：
- 不请求网络访问权限或 Android 敏感权限；
- 不包含广告或分析功能；
- 不创建账号，也不要求用户登录；
- 不包含遥测、云服务或第三方软件开发工具包；
- 不访问位置、联系人、健康数据、照片、麦克风、摄像头、设备标识符或广告标识符。
Wear OS 和 Google Play 可能依据 Google 自身的条款与隐私政策，独立处理设备、安装、商店和账号信息。Starcore Studio 不控制这些平台层面的处理活动。
3. 购买与付款信息
琥珀流光表盘通过 Google Play 作为付费应用销售，购买流程由 Google Play 处理。本表盘不包含应用内付款系统；本表盘及 Starcore Studio 均不会通过本应用接收或存储银行卡号、银行卡安全码或其他付款凭据。
Google 为购买、反欺诈、税务、退款、账号管理或商店报表而处理的信息，适用 Google 自身的条款与隐私政策。
4. 数据保留与删除
由于本表盘不会向 Starcore Studio 收集或传输个人数据，Starcore Studio 不会建立需要保留或删除的表盘用户档案或服务器端个人数据记录。
用于显示的时间、星期和日期不会被本表盘保留。卸载应用后，Wear OS 会按照系统行为移除已安装的表盘资源。Google 可能依据其自身政策保留购买、账号和安装记录；与这些记录有关的请求应提交给 Google。
5. 用户主动发送的支持邮件
如果用户选择向 Starcore Studio 发送支持邮件，用户主动提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件会经由用户及 Starcore Studio 所使用的邮件服务传输。这些信息并非由本表盘收集，也不属于本表盘的 Google Play“数据安全”声明范围。
Starcore Studio 仅会将用户主动发送的支持邮件用于回复请求、调查所报告的问题、防止滥用或履行适用的法律义务。Starcore Studio 不会出售支持邮件内容，也不会将其用于广告。支持邮件仅在实现上述目的所合理需要的期限内保留，之后会被删除或匿名化，但适用法律另有保留要求的除外。用户可通过下方联系地址请求删除支持邮件。
6. 儿童隐私
本表盘并非专门面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童或其他用户的个人数据。如果父母或监护人认为儿童在支持邮件中发送了个人信息，可以联系 Starcore Studio 请求删除。
7. 数据安全
本表盘通过不收集个人数据、不请求网络访问权限、不把显示的时间或日期信息传出设备来降低隐私风险。任何电子存储或通信方式都无法保证绝对安全；用户主动发送的支持邮件仍受相关邮件服务安全措施的影响。
8. 政策更新
如果本表盘的功能、数据处理方式、法律要求或分发安排发生变化，Starcore Studio 可能更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策会发布在同一公开页面，并修改“最近更新日期”。如果未来版本开始收集或共享数据，Starcore Studio 会在该版本发布前按要求更新本政策和 Google Play“数据安全”声明。
